Black vs Latinos riot in Chino Prison
have the pepole in charge of prisons not learned anything? why would you put gang members and non gang members in the same prisons , this was inevitable. its not secret that Latino gangs across south California are starting to push black gang members out. it’s not a pretty sight , mainly because innocent pepole are often the ones the get caught in the middle.
State officials said today that a riot that left scores injured and a dormitory burned at a Chino prison was the result of racial tensions between black and Latinos prisoners and announced that 1,100 inmates were being moved to other facilities.
its very simple folks , separate the gang members from the general populous and you will see a drop in prison attacks.
